MAX At Mirabeau

Whether it is the food, atmosphere, service or special events, MAX at Mirabeau in Spokane Valley continues to stand as a symbol of excellence.

Serving the community since 2004, both locals and visitors alike, from near and afar, continue to flock to this award-winning restaurant destination. Catering to diners of all ages with its extraordinary breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and weekend brunch, guests continue to be delighted by the eclectic bistro-style cuisine. The menu is replete with thoughtfully planned items that are scratch made using the freshest ingredients, utilizing produce and products from local purveyors, growers, bakers, winemakers and brewers whenever possible. From the hand-carved USDA prime beef MAX is known for, to the made-from-scratch in-house sauces, appetizers, entrées and desserts, a meal prepared and served by the MAX team always impresses—and as you leave, you’ll already be planning your next visit back.

For those wanting to enjoy a meal from MAX in the comfort of their own home or office, options include curbside pickup, takeaway and delivery.

In addition to the incredible food, MAX at Mirabeau invites those 21 and older to take advantage of their daily specials and monthly events!

For those ladies looking for an evening to unwind, there’s Ladies Night each Thursday. This traditional weekly event offers $7 Cosmopolitans, Lemon Drops and Mojitos all day long, which continue to keep the ladies coming back for more. Whether you’re a businesswoman or a stay-at-home mom—or both!—looking to treat yourself to a fun evening, this is the place to be!

To kick off each weekend, Martini Friday offers a deal you won’t want to pass up. Enjoy MAX’s signature martinis all night long, as they’re offered at $2 off from 3pm to close. Though entertainment has been on hold in recent months, they’re hoping to welcome its return in late 2022.

First Wednesday is a monthly event in support of local artists and wineries in the community, displaying works from a local artist, along with wine from a featured winery. In addition to the fine art and wine, these gatherings, held year-round from 5 to 7pm, include complimentary appetizers and discounted menu items during the event.

When it comes to seeking an unforgettable weekend brunch perfect for the whole family, look no further than MAX. With a brunch menu featuring 100 items paired with their signature Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar—the one and only of its kind in the Inland Northwest—there are also weekly breakfast specials to choose from. Brunch is offered 9am to 2pm both Saturday and Sunday.

The beautiful outdoor patio, which reopened in mid-April for the warm-weather dining season, is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and cocktail options. The space comfortably seats 50-plus guests and is surrounded by flowers, each table with its own umbrella to ensure guests a pleasant visit during the sunny summer months.

MAX at Mirabeau is open 6am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday, 6am to 11pm Friday and Saturday, with Happy Hours from 3 to 6pm and 9pm to close every day in the lounge—and on the patio!

MAX has seating for up to 225 people and, in addition, they offer private rooms available for large parties.

Don’t forget to book your rooms now for the region’s exciting summer events like CRAVE! and Valleyfest!
