INGREDIENTS
• 2 oz. bourbon
• 1 sugar cube or 1/2 oz. simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 strip of orange zest
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
• Ice cubes
• Orange slice and additional rosemary sprig for garnish
METHOD
1. Chill a glass with ice.
2. Mix bourbon, sugar and bitters in a separate glass.
3. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass with fresh ice.
4. Flame an orange zest strip over the glass.
5. Stir with a cinnamon stick.
6. Garnish with rosemary and an orange slice.
7. Enjoy your cozy, aromatic cocktail.
