The Spokane Symphony will celebrate America’s birthday with a free outdoor concert at the Pavilion. With a lineup of “patriotic tunes, light classics, and musical pyrotechnics” led by conductor James Lowe, the show will be accompanied by a light show taking place before the city of Spokane’s fireworks begin.
