Summer’s annual Smoked and Fired Foods Adventure, From the Ashes Idaho, arrives this weekend with “big food, flavors, and fun” in store! The event spans two days, starting with Friday’s Light the Fires dinner offering a Low Country Boil, Pitchfork Sirloin and Beignet Station.
Saturday’s Showcase Event will offer a day of entertainment, fun, and good eats, with the chance to taste smoked and fired meats from talented regional chefs. Take in the Settlers Creek Event Venue as you enjoy bites, sips and more!
