The Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association has announced the 30th Annual Lighting Ceremony Parade, presented by Idaho Central Credit Union. This year’s parade theme is Winter Wonderland and will take to Sherman Avenue at 5pm with festive floats, bands, dancing and more to light up Coeur d’Alene with holiday spirit. The parade will begin at Eighth and Sherman Avenue, and will travel west down Sherman to the intersection of Northwest Boulevard and Government Way.
The festivities will continue with caroling immediately following the parade and a countdown to the renowned Hagadone Corporation firework display. The fireworks show will make way for the downtown area’s transformation into a real holiday wonderland, flipping the switch to turn on Coeur d’Alene’s famous display of 1.5 million holiday lights!
