The Coeur d’Alene Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k and 5k take place this Sunday on a beautiful, scenic course along Lake Coeur d’Alene. Now in its 45th year, the event invites runners to “run the PNW” and spectators to come take in the fun! Described as “one of the most spectacular events in the country,” the course through the Coeur d’Alene resort community offers unmatched natural views.
Runners will begin throughout the morning from the starting point at Coeur d’Alene’s downtown McEuen Park. Packet pickup takes place Saturday at McEuen Park, from 11am to 6pm. Following the race, awards will be provided to the top three overall runners in each distance category, by male and female. Spectators can enjoy the opportunity to cheer on participants, take in the many offerings of downtown Coeur d’Alene, and join in the energy this Sunday! CdAMarathon.com
