December 9
The Bing Crosby Holiday Film Festival will be unlike any other. Taking place this Saturday at Spokane’s Bing Crosby Theater, Film historian, curator and president of Bing Crosby Enterprises Robert S. Bader will share films from Bing Crosby’s private collection. Some footage will be shared publicly for the first time.
Witness rare footage of Bing at Gonzaga and in his childhood home, now the Bing Crosby House Museum. Throughout the day, enjoy “White Christmas,” “Birth of the Blues,” Gonzaga’s Big Bing Theory, Spokane’s Zonky Jazz Band, and the presentation by Bader followed by an encore of “White Christmas.” Event tickets include admission to the entire day of films and presentations, with free admission for guests 17 and under.
