Summertime in Spokane is a season of breathtaking beauty and endless outdoor fun, and August brings with it a wealth of not-to-miss events, all aimed at bringing the Spokane community together through celebrating diversity, culture, and just good old family fun. In our August edition of Spokane Digital Lifestyle Magazine, we highlight the beloved Unity in the Community celebration, with 2024 marking its 30th year celebrating the diversity within our community through activities, entertainment, food and vendors, and the always enjoyable and informative Cultural Village. Come the end of the month, and the perfect way to close out summer, is the 43rd annual Pig Out in the Park! Over the course of this six-day food and FREE music festival, the community will be treated to more than 130 free concerts paired with more than 60 food booths to choose from to savor the flavors Spokane has to offer. We also put the spotlight on Ramey Construction, who have been serving clients in Eastern Washington and North Idaho for more than four decades, and the family legacy that continues to this day.
