From the owners behind Fleur de Sel French restaurant in Post Falls, owners Laurent and Patricia Zirotti have brought a piece of France right here to Spokane. Fleur de Sel Artisan Crêperie offers guests a variety of delectable French crepes served all day. Guests can select from an assortment of sweet or savory crepes, such as the monte cristo, bison meatloaf and horseradish, salmon and capers, and lemon curd. All of their crepes are made with non-GMO flour, buckwheat and milk, with gluten-free and vegan options available.
